Order Issues & Damages

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing donna@defenderdiva.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Limited Warranty

ZettaCut offers a 7-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only for defective or unused items reported within the 7-day window.

Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of delivery.

For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a ZettaCut error.
